Webshop return service
If a product purchased through this webshop is not to your satisfaction, you have the right to return the article(s) within 2 weeks (if still in the original packaging). In that case please contact the head office of Bopita:

Once you have reported the article and a confirmation has been received, you can return the articles via the regular shipping services to Bopita, Energieweg 1, 6662 NS Elst Gld, the Netherlands, stating your return number.
Pick-up service for heavy or large return-articles
Is the product too large or too heavy to send or you have no possibility to do so, then we offer you the possibility to pick it up at your home for a fee. In that case please contact the head office of Bopita:
[email protected] / Phone: +31 481 37 57 17 (Mon to Fri 08.00 - 9:00 - 12:00 | 13:00 - 17:00).
We will, in consultation with you, pick up the articles at your home address. We will then inform you of these costs in advance.
If the return request is submitted within 2 weeks after receipt of the order and is still in the original packaging, the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
In case you bought an article from our sales partner Vipack and/or Jaxx, the transport for the order will be arranged through this partner. The order will be delivered at ground level. Once the order has already been dispatched via the transport partner, the order can still be returned, but we will then return 100% of the total order value minus 30% of the order value for returning the order.
If all or part of the goods have already been delivered to the customer, cancellation is no longer possible. However, returns are possible within 14 days of the order date, in which case the delivered parcels cannot be returned free of charge.
In case of address change, the full transport costs for delivery to the new address will be charged. Address changes to another country will not be accepted.
